FRANCOPHONE MOBILITY

WHAT IS FRANCOPHONE MOBILITY?

In order to promote Francophone immigration to Francophone minority communities, as of June 1, 2016, any foreign national who must settle in a province or territory other than Quebec, and who meets the requirements for National Occupational Classification (NOC) level 0, A or B jobs, may be granted an exemption from the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) requirement.

THE ADVANTAGES OF FRANCOPHONE MOBILITY:

– Exempted from the Labour Market Impact Assessment process

– Shorter time (2 months – 3 months)

-Cheaper government costs

– The possibility of hiring Francophones and bilinguals to live and work outside Quebec

How can AOF Immigration Canada help you?

Thanks to our partners, we help employers recruit Francophones and bilinguals, we help the employer in its registration process in the government's employer portal, and then we apply for the work plan for the candidate.

LABOUR MARKET IMPACT ASSESSMENT/FRANCOPHONE MOBILITY

Today, Anglophone and Francophone employers in Canada can recruit foreign workers through two main programs.

– Labour Market Impact Assessment (for Anglophones and Francophones)

– Francophone Mobility (for employers wishing to hire Francophones or Bilingual outside Quebec)

LABOUR MARKET IMPACT ASSESSMENT

What is a Labour Market Impact Assessment?

A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that a Canadian employer may need to obtain before hiring a foreign worker. A positive LMIA indicates that a foreign worker must be hired to do the work. It also indicates that no Canadian worker or permanent resident is available to do so. A favourable LMIA is sometimes called a confirmation letter.

HOW CAN AOF HELP YOU WITH EIMT?

We know how stressful the LMIA process can be for some employers. Where to start? How to do it? How to recruit from abroad? These are all questions that we are answering. AOF Immigration Canada, through its partners established in several countries, helps you find the candidate(s) that suits you and we work hand in hand with the employer to obtain an APPROVED LMIA. In addition we make the work permit for the candidate.
